About the Illustrator: Gregory Turner-Rahman was raised by wolves in the wilds of the inland Pacific Northwest (at least that is what his mother, Fang, always told him). He is now an award-winning writer/illustrator. His first book, Ellabug, was published in 2009 by Diversion Press. As part of an editorial team, his writing and design work garnered both a Clarion and an Apex award. He is currently the Program Head of Art + Design at the University of Idaho. Greg lives in Eastern Washington State with his wife, two daughters, a terribly fluffy cat named Donatello, and several generations of dust bunnies. You can see more of his work at: metasurface.net
