Rosie, the basset hound, was out walking in the forest when she came to a magical place. There she found some small skis just her size and a pair of ski goggles. Rosie was very excited because now she could go down the biggest hills! She put on her goggles, carried her skis in her mouth and marched over to a giant hill.
After she got her skis on the right feet, she got in position and ZOOMED down that hill! At the bottom of that hill, Rosie ran SMACK into her person! Her person was pretty impressed to see that Rosie was a super ski dog.

Uh O’s
by Henry, Age 8
One day Jimmy & Joey opened a window and went in and onto a table with cereal and breakfast goodies on it. They ran to play on the table. Joey wanted to make a tower of jars to stand on, so they made a stack of jars and Joey got on top. Then Jimmy got a bright idea. Jimmy shook the stack! Joey was so surprised he fell into the bowl of cereal! When he got out of the cereal he tackled a laughing Jimmy out the window. When the humans got home and discovered the mess they blamed the cat that was now lying on the table. The chipmunks had been watching and they snickered about it for the rest of the day.
