Melissa Nelson Greenberg

Melissa Nelson Greenberg, is an award-winning art director, designer, fine artist, and author.

She began her career in publishing in 1999 at Clarion Books, moving on to Knopf/Random House Children’s Books in 2002 and is now happily ensconced in the sunny west coast world of Cameron Kids, where work is about great ideas, collaboration, and good design.

Her picture-book debut as an author is set to release in the Spring of 2019 with Oh, Bear, illustrated by Ruth Hengeveld.  It’s about a dear bear, a beloved kite, loss, renewal, and friendship—about making something broken turn beautiful, and always remembering to look up. You can learn more about her work here:  http://www.melissedesign.com/                                                                                                               http://cameronbooks.com/product-category/kids/

Melissa will give a group talk on Saturday and will meet with Illustrators and Picture Book Writers for individual consultations on a portfolio and/or picture book manuscript or dummy. Consultation appointments with Melissa Nelson Greenberg are full.
